Can I track the progress of my claim through Claimfinder?

Claimfinder's primary role is to connect you with expert claim specialists who can assist with your superannuation claim. Once you have been introduced to a claim specialist and a Costs Agreement has been entered into, Claimfinder's involvement in the claim process concludes.

However, you can view all the information you provided us in the client portal. This portal allows you to access your initial details and any correspondence with Claimfinder.

For ongoing updates and to track the progress of your claim, you will need to communicate directly with the claim specialist handling your case. They will provide you with regular updates, and many firms offer their client portals or other methods to keep you informed about the status of your claim.
