Understanding the Free Claim Check Process

This initial step helps us determine whether pursuing a claim is in your best interest and typically involves a brief 15-minute phone call with one of our knowledgeable claim specialists.

Here's a breakdown of the Free Claim Check process:

  1. Contact: You can get started by reaching out to us via phone, email, or by filling out the contact form on our website. We'll promptly schedule a convenient time to conduct your Free Claim Check. Alternatively, you can kickstart the process online by completing a detailed claim questionnaire on our website.
  2. Phone Call or Online Questionnaire: During the phone call or while filling out the online questionnaire, we'll ask you a few questions to understand your situation better. This may include inquiries about your employment, medical condition, superannuation details, and insurance coverage.

Information Needed: It would be helpful to have the following information on hand:

  • Your Superannuation Statement
  • A snapshot of your Super via the MyGov portal

However, if you don't have this information readily available, don't worry. We can still proceed and may be able to obtain the required details on your behalf, though it might take a bit more time.

Instructions to access your Super Statement via MyGov:

  • Log into your MyGov account.
  • Link your account to the ATO (Australian Tax Office) if you haven't already.
  • Click on the 'Super' tab.
  • You can now view and download a snapshot of your Super.

Next Steps: We'll carefully review your situation based on the information you provide. If it appears feasible to proceed with a claim, we'll move forward to the claim investigation phase. However, if pursuing a claim doesn't seem viable, we'll promptly inform you, saving you valuable time and effort.
